Zurn supplied the innovative Drainwave sewer dosing unit to the 5x4 Hayes Lane Project.

A unique inner city dwelling set on an unusually small footprint, the 5x4 Hayes Lane Project combines passive and active eco-driven processes, materials and performance considerations to demonstrate and encourage debate around sustainable living.

The project also aims to promote discussion on a healthy form of densification in the city of Melbourne and how to achieve it through best practice design and living. Guided by the principles of One Planet Living for the physical design of the project, the project offers a platform to disseminate progress and learnings from the process.

LWG Zurn is proud to be involved in projects at the cutting edge of sustainability.
