The Australian Trellis Door Company (ATDC) installed folding security gates at the Melbourne Cricket Ground to provide both access control and crowd control at the venue. The installation was project-managed by leading Victoria-based fitout company, One68.

ATDC’s folding security gates also provide a good deterrent against break and enter attempts.

These lockable and powdercoated gates have a rigid steel mesh infill with an optional full metal frame for extra strength and they can be manufactured to an unlimited span and a maximum height of 4500mm.

A high strength triple contact wall mounted locking option is available as well as an option of a seamless but lower grade up/down locking arrangement where security is of a lower priority.

These low headroom gates fold sideways in a scissor-like fashion suspended from a heavy duty secure extruded aluminium top track. The gates fold back into a tight and compact storage area when unlocked and opened so as to be almost invisible.

ATDC’s folding security gates also offer maximum see-through visibility and ventilation.
