Nucleo® achieves Global GreenTag Certifications: On the way to setting new benchmarks in sustainable cladding solutions

We are thrilled to announce that our all-new Nucleo® product has officially received two Global GreenTag Certifications, a significant milestone that underscores our dedication to sustainable and health-conscious building solutions. This is just the beginning as we look forward to pursuing Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certification to further strengthen our commitment to environmental transparency and performance.

At HVG Facades, we are proud to see Nucleo®, our premium aluminium bonded panel, reach new heights achieving a Global GreenTag^Cert™ PHD™ (Product Health Declaration) which rated the product with a PlatinumHEALTH™ HealthRATE™  certification outcome. In addition, Nucleo® achieved a GreenRate™ Level A certification, the highest level to be attained in the Global Green Tag GreenRate program. These prestigious accreditations reflect our unwavering focus on advancing both environmentally and health-conscious practices in the construction industry.

Why Global GreenTag Certifications Matter

Nucleo® underwent an extensive assessment of its impact on human health, achieving a Platinum  HealthRATE™ designation through the PHD™ program. This top-tier recognition alone confirms that Nucleo is safe for use, with no significant toxicity concerns.

HVG Facades renowned solid aluminium panel, MondoClad®, is at the forefront as a product with sustainable certification. Through a robust accreditation process with the independent certification body, Global GreenTag International, MondoClad® holds a Global GreenTag^Cert™ PHD™ (Product Health Declaration) and a PlatinumHEALTH™ HealthRATE™ certification. These achievements underscore our commitment to advancing sustainable practices within the construction industry. 

Recognised with a GreenRate™ Level A certification, MondoClad® is deemed safe for use with no significant toxicity concerns. Our goal was not to just pass or fail this certification but to undergo a thorough assessment of our product. We remained authentic and transparent throughout the stringent, scientific, and peer-reviewed evaluation that is conducted by Global GreenTag to assess health, safety, and environmental toxicity implications.
