Safetyline Jalousie has successfully completed its first SJ Espacer project in Melbourne, showcasing the cutting-edge large-format louvre system in the facade upgrade of a luxury hotel.

Designed by Brand Architects, the project integrates the high-performance louvres on the building’s frontage, enhancing both its sleek aesthetic and functional capabilities.

The SJ Espacer louvres were chosen not only for their architectural appeal but also for their critical role in smoke and fire management, ensuring compliance with stringent safety requirements. Their adaptability and durability make them an ideal choice for modern building upgrades, where both form and function are paramount.

Hear from Gerard McCurry, Director at Brand Architects, as he discusses the project and the role of Safetyline Jalousie’s innovative louvre solutions. Watch the full interview here.
