The South Australian Jockey Club (SAJC) has completed a significant infrastructure development, showcasing a modern, functional facility that demonstrates architectural innovation and construction excellence.

Constructed by Kennett Builders, the new project features an expansive 1,200m² workshop complex and a transformative shed-to-office conversion that sets a new standard for equestrian sporting infrastructure in South Australia.

Architectural and engineering highlights

The development utilises premium Stratco architectural solutions, featuring the Maximus 22 profile – a deeper corrugated metal system renowned for its superior strength and dramatic shadow line characteristics. The facility's walls incorporate Hiland interlocking panel, a sophisticated negative joint cassette profile that delivers a sleek, contemporary aesthetic.

"This project exemplifies our commitment to creating functional, durable, and visually striking facilities," said a representative from the SA Jockey Club. "The 0.8mm base metal thickness ensures exceptional structural integrity and long-term performance."
