The 202020 Vision, in partnership with Good Design Awards Australia, announces a new design award category to recognise the best green space projects in Australia.
Created as a brand new standalone award category, the 202020 Green Design Award will honour businesses that produce projects, products or initiatives that make a significant contribution to more and better green space.
Open to any business, project or product being designed with green space in mind, the new design category will be very relevant for landscape architects, architects, built environment or horticulture specialists, and designers.
The winner of the 202020 Green Design Award will be selected on the basis of several parameters including their appreciation for plants and trees in the design and development stage of projects, biophilia, air purification, water sensitive urban design, product design, and development that improves green and living infrastructure.
Nominations for the 202020 Green Design Award must be sent by 15th of April with finalists selected on 26th of April and the winner honoured on 27th of May at the Good Design Awards Ceremony on the opening night of Vivid Sydney.
