Engineers Australia, Sydney Division, has promised to challenge the way you think about engineering at their 2013 Australian Engineering Week celebrations, set to be held from Sunday 4 August – Sunday 11 August.
The week will include a variety of events held across NSW, including forums, panel discussions, social events, Lego robots, awards nights, site tours, careers talks and art walks.
National and international engineers will also be on show at a variety of the events, aiming to engage and inspire young and old into the world of engineering.
Australian Engineering Week will kick off with a launch at the Museum of Sydney, where Dr Marlene Kanga, the National President of Engineers Australia will lead a discussion on how an innovative culture can be developed.
