Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES), the world leaders in sustainable building performance analysis tools, will be demonstrating their latest developments at SB08 in Melbourne, Australia from 21-25 September.
Demonstrations include:
- Launch of the IES VE SketchUp plug-in
- Launch of new free energy and carbon IES VE-Ware tool
- Launch of significant enhancements to the early design stage IES VE-Toolkits.
These recent developments (since May 2008) represent ground-breaking progress the company has made in opening up the accessibility of its sustainable analysis tools to professionals working across the whole design process; right from the very earliest massing stages, through concept, to detailed design, and beyond.
IES now offers three levels of analysis tools (VE-Ware, VE-Toolkits, the full <Virtual Environment>), plus interoperability with Google SketchUp, Autodesk Revit and gbXML from any BIM/CAD vendor.
This means that design professionals can now easily track as part of their workflow energy use, carbon emissions and much more throughout the whole process.
