Intergrain’s UltraClear Exterior is a new clear, water-based timber finish that protects exterior timber whilst being gentle on the environment. It is suitable for use on exterior window frames, doors and trims.
It incorporates UV absorbers to provide timber protection against the sun’s harmful rays and the harsh Australian climate.
Unlike conventional oil-based timber finishes, it will not yellow, and because it contains less volatile organic compounds and has a low solvent level, it is an environmentally and user friendly option. Intergrain UltraClear Exterior allows for three coats to be applied in one day.
The product is available in a gloss and satin finish in 1 litre and 4 litre sizes.
