Leaders from the Building Designers Association of Victoria, Australian Construction Industry Forum (ACIF), Cordell Information, Studor, Illuminating Engineering Society and Apprentice Group Australia are among the speakers lined up to feature in DesignBuild’s 2012 seminar series.

The objective is to have industry leaders share aspirational case studies, new product information and forward thinking concepts to better the building industry.

Exhibition manager, Frank Matus, said the seminar series called on renowned industry experts to collaborate with the industry and achieve more sustainable economic and environmental outcomes.

Visitors will be able to gain CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points on selected seminars.

“This year’s seminars are designed to complement the overall experience so that visitors can not just see, touch and trial new products, but hear from the leaders of the industry all in one place.

“It’s the shared information and collaborative thinking about new trends, concepts and ideas that will help to generate opportunities for the industry and allow visitors to competitively position themselves and their businesses,” he said.
