Group GSA, has completed a 2,400m2 office fit out for DuPont at their new Macquarie Park office. In addition, the Commercial Office Interiors team has nearly 26,000m2 currently under construction in Sydney over two other projects.
GSA has begun work on a 15,000m2 office interior for the Road and Traffic Authority (RTA) which is relocating from Centennial Plaza in Surry Hills to Miller Street in North Sydney as well as a 10,500m2 interior for the Australian Administration Services (AAS) at their new Rhodes Corporate Office Park location. These projects are running concurrently.
The plan was to create an environmentally sensitive design with a drive towards zero waste, the ability to reuse and recycle and to deliver a healthy working environment.
GSA were able to working closely with project managers CBRE and the DuPont relocation team to ensure the design met this brief and aligned with the company objectives.
