The 60 cm and 90 cm induction cooktops have been added to ILVE’s products.

Induction technology produces heat by creating a magnetic field which generates heat directly to the cooking vessel. This means that the heat is instantaneous, temperature control is immediate and the heat is evenly spread over the bottom of the pan.

Both of ILVE’s 60 cm and 90 cm induction cooktops are designed for simple operation and include touch control operation, nine cooking temperature variations and a simmer mode.

The induction elements also include booster zones to minimize heat up times. Child safety locks and residual heat indicators have also been incorporated into the design.

ILVE has also introduced the flush line HP 123 120 cm Gas Cooktop. It is suitable for smaller, inner city kitchens where space is at a premium.

The horizontal four burner construction has a quad ring wok super burner, flame control accuracy, pressure thermostat readings and cast iron trivets. It also features one simmer and two medium gas burners.

The HP 123 120 cm Gas Cooktop comes in stainless steel.
