Frasers Property Australia and Sekisui House Australia have announced the forthcoming release of ‘The Mark’, the third residential stage at the mixed-use $2 billion Central Park development in Sydney’s Chippendale.
The Mark is a soaring glass tower designed by Johnson Pilton Walker. At 27 storeys it will have panoramic views across Chippendale Green and east to the city skyline, and is the second tallest building at Central Park.
The tower offers a diverse apartment mix, with one bedroom suites, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, dual key apartments and penthouses, priced from $480,000.
Buyers are invited to ‘make their own mark’ and customise their apartment through the use of a colour palette which features 24 possible colour combinations.
The Mark will also feature a range of social residential amenities including an indoor/outdoor wireless lounge and a rooftop garden terrace with lawns and decking.
The Mark is aiming to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating for design and building under the Green Building Council of Australia rating system
The developers made the decision to release the third stage of The Mark simultaneously in Sydney and Singapore on the weekend.
The project is expected to be complete by early 2014.
