R10+ by is a penetrative treatment which chemically bonds into the surface pores of a floor tile, sitting below the surface when dry and only reacting when it comes into contact with water, such as the moisture from the sole of a wet shoe.
It reduces the risk and danger of slips and falls. The r ten plus product can be used on most indoor and outdoor hard floor tiled or paved surfaces, including polished or honed ceramic, porcelain, granite, terrazzo, quarry, engineered quartz, river rock and concrete. It will not discolour, change or compromise the polished finish of most tiled surfaces and can have a lifespan of over three years, although re-application is recommended every two years for added protection.
No curing or drying time is required and the floor can be used immediately following application.
