Funkis Swedish Forms has brought its latest Spanish acquisition in wallpaper to Australia. The new fifth collection from Tres Tintas Barcelona takes the concept of prêt-à-porter in clothes to papering walls, which it calls Wall-à-porter.
Conceived by young women’s fashion designers, the Wall-à-porter collection includes designs from Miriam Ocáriz, Jorge Zuazo, La Casita de Wendy studio and Txell Miras, as well as Julieta Álvarez and Dora Romero.
Forty-eight different wallpapers comprise the collection, which also represents Tres Tintas’ first foray into textiles, with each designer creating a complementary fabric series. All wallpapers use environmentally friendly water- based inks.
