Amber Tiles has released Enviro Grass. It has been developed in response to water restrictions and rising water bills, environmental awareness and a growing reluctance in homeowners to spend valuable leisure time on home maintenance.
Enviro Grass has the soft, springy visual appeal of its natural counterpart but does not require water or chemicals and does not need to be mowed. It requires only minimal maintenance, such as an occasional sweep with a broom to remove any leaves or twigs.
The product comes with an option of varied blade widths, multiple yarn types and multiple colour mixes. It is suitable for high-traffic areas and hard to grow places such as slopes. Enviro Grass varieties use technology which ensures each blade has a 'memory' so that even when a car has been parked on the grass for a number of days or weeks, once the car is removed, the flattened grass will be restored to its original shape.
The Amber Tiles product is made in Australia and is drought proof, shade proof, dog proof and bug proof. The entire Enviro Grass range includes six different grass types and comes with perforation holes, punched and heat sealed during manufacture to provide natural drainage through to the sub-base materials. Each of the Enviro Grasses can be loose laid.
