Construction commenced today at a new $600 million master planned community in Sydney.

Little Bay Cove is being developed by Charter Hall, through its fifth opportunity fund, CHOF5, in a development alliance with Malaysian-based, TA Global Berhad.

The 13.6 hectare community will include approximately 570 architecturally designed dwellings with the majority oriented to capture coastal views.

Over 50 per cent of the estate is dedicated to open space and is surrounded by four elite neighbouring golf courses and nearby Little Bay Beach.

The approved master plan is expected to deliver best practice sustainability initiatives and a high quality public domain with a central water feature, open parklands, walking trails, coastal lookouts, wide tree-lined streets promoting openness and urban design to enhance and connect with the natural features of the site.
