Boutique architecture firm Rothelowman has won a design competition create a major residential building on the former site of the Watergrill restaurant.
Former radio DJ John Rothfield, otherwise known as Doctor Turf, is developing the 1,629 metre site into an residential building that could include more than 100 apartments. The building will also include offices and ground floor retail space.
The high-profile site, at 300 Toorak Road in South Yarra, will also benefit from its position opposite the Como Centre.
