Dutch studio NEXT Architects has won a competition to design a pedestrian bridge to span the Dragon King Harbour River in Changsha, China. The design for the 150 metre bridge features a wavy structure based on the continuous form of a Möbius strip.

SAA Architects and UK design firm Benoy Limited have unveiled plans for Terminal 4, the newest addition to Changi Airport. The new 48-acre terminal will feature lush gardens, an upgraded luxury shopping district, and the introduction of innovative biometric technologies to facilitate a faster and more comfortable travel experience.

Sports design specialists, Populous has completed a new stadium for Premier League football club Rubin Kazan in the Republic of Tartarstan. The Kazan Stadium features the largest media façade in Europe spreading across 4000 square metres and will be a key venue for the 2015 World Aquatics Championships and the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Proving that sustainability isn't just for the rich, Hong Kong's low-income Sing Yin Secondary School has been named the “Greenest School On Earth” by the U.S. Green Building Council. The school is decked out with solar panels, green roofs, and wind turbines, and it teaches students the importance of protecting the environment and living sustainably.

Xiamen, China
The Two, a sales office for a new residential development in the Southern Chinese city of Xiamen has received a Distinguished Building Award from the American Institute of Architects Western Mountain Region. Arizona-based architecture firm, Line and Space, designed the building so that it can be easily transform into a Community Art Center once development is complete.
