Frasers Property Australia has fast-tracked the release of Stage 2 of their Cox Richardson-designed Putney Hill residential development called 'Peak'.
It follows the sell-out success of Stage I of the development at Putney Hill combined with the heightened demand for apartments at the location.
Peak occupies Putney Hill’s highest point and is set across two low rise buildings, Peak East and Peak West. They comprise a collection of one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as single storey and duplex penthouses.
The apartments as well as the single storey and duplex penthouses feature sophisticated urban finishes, generous floor plan layouts and expansive landscaped decks.
The development dedicates over 60 per cent of the site to open space, and is set among a flowering canopy of mature deciduous and evergreen trees, including mature figs and fragrant fruit trees. Key features for residents also include a rooftop terrace and community garden, landscaped courtyard featuring a calming water feature, lawn and BBQ area, a multi-purpose communal room complete with kitchen, and outdoor fitness equipment for the more active residents.
Another major drawcard for Peak is its views across to the Harbour, Sydney CBD and Parramatta River. A viewing tower has been installed on-site for those wishing to experience the sweeping vistas.
Frasers Property Sales and Marketing Director Paul Lowe says he is anticipating strong demand for the apartments and penthouses, given their location and incredible views.
Nestled on the border of Putney and Ryde, Putney Hill is a hugely popular thriving neighbourhood of 791 apartments and houses, together with parklands, community gardens, children’s playground, running track, native trees and bushland. More than 500 people have already taken up residence at the community.
