Greg Natale. Principal, Greg Natale Design

Natale said: "I am absolutely delighted. This is an honour and a privilege that goes above and beyond the satisfaction we get from our work - which we love.”

Belle editor-in-chief Neale Whitaker said: "This year's entries were a pleasure to judge, and I particularly liked that one of the winning projects was New York-based, proving Australian design is competitive with the very best in the world."

Coco Republic executive director Jeremy Byrne said the company wanted to be part of the award process to “express our gratitude for the innovation and skill of our local designers”.
