A major building in Sydney’s CBD is set to undergo a $93 million ‘sustainable’ overhaul, designed by architects Crone Partners with sustainability consultants EMF Griffiths.

Pembroke Real Estate is redeveloping its 20 Martin Place tower, including a major investment in sustainable design features.

Originally constructed in 1973, the site currently consists of a 21 storey building, including retail at ground level and commercial office block of 20 storeys plus basement parking.

The proposal includes refurbishing the existing building, including two levels of basement, three levels of retail and 19 levels of office floors.
