Andreu World is a major force in the hospitality, contract and residential furniture sectors.KE-ZU and Andreu World are inviting architects and designers in Australia to discover the new indoor and outdoor collections by designers Lievore Altherr Molina, Joan Lao and Piergiorgio Cazzaniga at Salone Internazionale del Mobile (Milan Furniture Fair) on 14-19 April 2010. Andreu World and Andreu World America are a major force in the hospitality, contract and residential furniture sectors and are Spain’s largest furniture manufacturer. They are famous for their extensive chair collections used internationally by all major exclusive hotel chains and restaurants.

Lievore Altherr Molina was created in 1991 by the merging of its three partners: Alberto Lievore, Jeannette Altherr and Manel Molina. Since its founding, the group has been devoted to product design. The studio has been recognised for its furniture design, its interior design projects, its products, and packaging. The studio has been awarded many national and international awards, including Spain’s National Design Award in 1999.

Joan Lao is a conceptual designer, creating furniture and lighting pieces and other objects, as well as large-scale interior design projects that transmit a feeling of peace and balance. His interior designs have a unique quality: they stimulate an immediate and enduring emotional response. His interior design projects have been mostly based in private houses and apartments, hotels and commercial establishments, for which he has received numerous awards. During his 22 years of activity, he has completed nearly 3,000 projects.

Piergiorgio Cazzaniga was born in 1946 and after an illustrious career and numerous innovative creations, he set up his own practice in 1991 called “Piergiorgio Cazzaniga Design” in Lentate sul Seveso. His firm deals mainly with furnishing design, booth, shop and showroom design, art direction and consultancy.
