Channel 31 is planning the fourth series of Sacred Spaces, a show which will promotes architecture, heritage and a discussion about buildings and spaces in Melbourne and regional Victoria.
The program features some of the region’s most notable architects and building designers who take viewers through a guided tour of some of their favourite pieces of architecture, whether it be a home, commercial or public building, a place of sanctuary, or somewhere that holds special memories.
The new series of 12 minute episodes will examine architecture in regional Victoria and Melbourne, broadcast on C31 TV from Wednesday, September 5, at 8pm and will run for 13 weeks.
According to Farifax media, confirmed films are the RMIT Swanston Academic Building with architect Adrian Stanic, of Lyons; Ormond College Academic Centre with architect John Lee, of McGlashan Everist, and master Rufus Black, of Ormond College; Serrata Apartments, Docklands, with architect Robert Stent, of Hayball; and John Wardle Architects new office, Collingwood, with principal John Wardle.

Venues filmed so far are:
- the Theatre Royal, Castlemaine, with Paul Hassall of the Building Designers Association Victoria
- Port Phillip Estate Winery, Red Hill, with Roger Wood from Wood/Marsh Architecture and Joseph Correnza, of Arup
- Murtoa Stick Shed, Horsham, with Jim Norris from Heritage Council of Victoria
- Seymour Railway Refreshment Room with Jill Garner, associate Victorian Government architect
- Dandenong Regional Government Services Office with architect Robin Deutschmann, of HASSELL
- Rod Laver Arena with Ian Hopkins, chief executive of Norman Disney & Young.
