Infinity Commercial, Haitchin Group’s seven-storey commercial building in Norwest, Sydney, has officially opened for business.
The Hills Shire Council Mayor Dr Michelle Byrne and Haitchin Group general manager Robert Tasevski joined over 200 guests including purchasers and local business owners to celebrate the official opening of the tower, located at 7 Maitland Place within Haitchin Group’s master-planned Infinity Park precinct in Sydney’s north.
Offering a total of 7,647sqm of commercial space, the Infinity Commercial building contains 94 strata offices, and two ground floor strata retail spaces, all of which are now sold. Designed by Turner Architects including the interiors, the commercial building is the latest tower to be completed in the growing Norwest Business Park, which also includes the newly extended Sydney Metro Norwest Station connecting commuters to the CBD in less than 30 minutes.
Infinity Commercial also includes a premium rooftop ‘seafood-forward’ restaurant named ‘Ciel’, meaning Sky in French. The Ciel Restaurant and Bar, imminently headed by Michelin-trained, hatted chef, Joshua Mason, will seat 120 patrons and feature indoor and outdoor dining as well as a private room for group bookings.
A mixed-use resort-like sanctuary
Haitchin Group’s Infinity Park has been conceived as a mixed-use urban village where people will live, work, shop, socialise and dine. Overlooking the Castle Hill Country Club, this new-build lifestyle-oriented precinct in the heart of Norwest combines bespoke apartments offering The Hills District’s finest elevated panoramic views, and innovative commercial suites with a sophisticated resort-style leisure offering. At the heart of the residential complex is a stunning tropical lagoon swimming pool – the largest in the area.
Infinity Park’s residential community comprises over 290 apartments set within two low-rise buildings, Alpha and Omega, and one major 25-storey tower, Marque, due for completion in mid-2025.
