Spanish company Cosentino continues to build momentum in the Victorian
design market with the official opening of their new showroom and warehouse
facility in Melbourne.
A world leader in the production and distribution of innovative surfaces
for architecture and design, Cosentino joined hands with another well-known
Spanish export MotoGP champion Jorge Lorenzo to celebrate the official opening of
the new facility alongside Cosentino's local customers and partners.
Since launching in Australia in 2011 with an initial $4.2 million
investment, Cosentino has seen 55% growth year on year, prompting the company’s
entry into the Victorian market with the new 1,572m² showroom and
warehouse facility in Melbourne.
According to Gary Isherwood, Area Director for Cosentino Australia, the new
showroom reflects the modern style that Cosentino - and Melbourne - is known
for; the space has been designed to enable consumers, architects and designers to
engage with Cosentino products first-hand. The opening also coincides with the
introduction of Cosentino’s latest product, Dekton in Melbourne.
The new showroom and warehouse facility features Cosentino's extensive range
of products and finishes, including Silestone, Eco by Cosentino, composed of
75% recycled materials, as well as Dekton, an ultracompact surface with almost
limitless applications.
Cosentino’s Melbourne showroom and warehouse are located at 44 Corporate
Drive, Heatherton.
