EXAIR introduces a new 1" high power stainless steel flat super air
nozzle designed to fit both tight spaces and tight budgets.
Producing a flat 1" (25mm) wide airstream with a strong blowing
force of 462g when mounted 12" (305mm) from the target, EXAIR’s new super-efficient
nozzle features a Type 316 stainless steel construction for use in corrosive,
high temperature, food, pharmaceutical, and chemical environments.
The 1" high power stainless steel flat super air nozzles use
EXAIR's patented technology to maximise entrained airflow while reducing noise
levels. The nozzle releases a precise amount of compressed air through the
0.64mm air gap opening set with a stainless steel shim positioned between the
body and removable cap. The airstream pulls in surrounding room air to produce
a forceful stream of high velocity, laminar airflow.
Air consumption is 17.5 SCFM (495 SLPM) at 80 PSIG, meeting OSHA dead
end pressure standard CFR 1910.242(b). The sound level is very low at 82 dBA,
meeting OSHA noise exposure standard 29 CFR 1910.95(a). The CE compliant nozzle
allows force and flow to be easily adjusted using different shim thicknesses.
Optional swivel fittings and stay set flexible hoses to aim the nozzle are also
available.
Available from Compressed Air Australia, the 1" high power
stainless steel flat super air nozzle can be supplied in zinc aluminium alloy
construction for use in rugged industrial applications. Applications include
ejecting heavy parts and slugs, chip removal, part cleaning, drying, liquid
blowoff and cooling.
