EXAIR introduces a new range of no drip atomising nozzles designed
to prevent drip in various liquid spray applications.
EXAIR’s siphon fed atomising spray nozzles do not require liquid
pressure and can be used with gravity fed liquids or to lift liquids from a
siphon height of up to 36 inches (91cm). Similar in function to EXAIR’s standard
atomising nozzles, the new no drip siphon fed atomising spray nozzles offer the
added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when compressed air is shut
off. Siphon fed nozzles can be used on liquids up to 200 centipoise.
Post-spray liquid flow can become an issue in any spraying operation
with unwanted drips ruining product function on sealing or mating surfaces.
Drips can also spoil the appearance of painted or coated finishes. Material
wastage is another problem caused by excess liquid flow when using expensive
coatings or chemicals.
Recommended for applications where post-spray drip is not permitted, EXAIR’s
no drip atomising nozzles positively seal off the flow of liquid once the
compressed air supply is shut off, eliminating the possibility of drips. Key
features also include compact design, patent-pending no drip mechanism,
interchangeable liquid and air caps, and CE compliance and conflict mineral-free
product.
Distributed by Compressed
Air Australia, EXAIR's no drip siphon fed atomising nozzles are available in a
round pattern and a flat fan pattern. Key applications of the no drip spray
nozzles include painting, coating, rinsing, cooling, quenching, wetting,
humidification and dust control.
