Compressed Air Australia presents a new range of long super air knives from EXAIR featuring a maximum length of 108″ (2743mm). EXAIR is also now manufacturing all knives 60″ (1524mm) and longer in a one-piece construction.
EXAIR’s new one-piece construction for their long super air knives ensures seamless airflow and eliminates the need for coupling multiple short length air knives together. One-piece construction additionally decreases overall height by ½″ making it better for tight spaces.
EXAIR’s super air knives produce a laminar sheet of airflow to blow off, dry or cool wide surfaces up to 108″ (2743mm) wide. The energy-efficient design minimises compressed air use by entraining 40 parts room air to one part compressed air, and is ideal for use on wide parts, webs and conveyors.
Available from Compressed Air Australia, long super air knives provide a uniform, high volume, high velocity curtain of air that is infinitely adjustable from gentle blowing force to a hard-hitting blast of air. Measuring 45mm x 37mm with compressed air inlets located on each end and the bottom to permit easy mounting in tight spaces, the compact profile long super air knife is quiet and maintenance-free, has no moving parts to wear out and is CE compliant.
Long super air knives in the EXAIR range are available in 60" (1524mm), 72" (1829mm), 84" (2134mm), 96" (2438mm) and 108″ (2743mm) lengths in the customer’s choice of aluminium, or Type 303/ Type 316 stainless steel. A factory installed plumbing kit is also available for easy connection of long super air knives to any plant compressed air system and obtain the best performance.
