Australia’s leading supplier of heavy duty road transport trailers,
MaxiTRANS has decided to open a wholly-owned dealership network in New South
Wales.
MaxiTRANS will henceforth sell its six trailer and rigid body brands
directly into the regions previously serviced by SX Trailers to allow SX to shift
its focus towards new business objectives.
MaxiTRANS Managing Director, Michael Brockhoff reiterated the Company’s commitment
to provide NSW customers with the highest quality trailers and in-field support.
Recognising the size and importance of the New South Wales market, MaxiTRANS will
establish a wholly-owned dealership network for new and used trailer sales, combined
with comprehensive service and parts capabilities.
MaxiTRANS has also employed key personnel from SX Trailers’ sales staff
including Wayne Sloane, located at Warnervale, as well as Matthew Watson and
Dean Price, located at Ingleburn to ensure smooth transition and minimise any
disruption to customers.
SX Trailers will provide MaxiTRANS’ customers with interim service and
warranty support in NSW as part of the arrangement.
All other dealers of MaxiTRANS brands in NSW will remain unchanged, with
Hartwigs and Johnson’s to remain the Hamelex White dealers in central and south
western NSW respectively, while Mildura Truck Centre remains the Freighter,
Maxi-CUBE and Lusty EMS dealer in south western NSW.
MaxiTRANS manufactures market-leading transport equipment brands
Freighter, Maxi-CUBE, Lusty EMS, Hamelex White, AZMEB and Peki. The Company
also owns the MaxiPARTS chain of truck and trailer parts retail and wholesale outlets.
