Melbourne duo Dan McKinley and Chris Cormack from Vintage LED have
introduced a new range of LED light bulbs featuring a vintage look while
retaining all the advantages of LED lighting technology.
Unhappy with the ordinary looks of conventional CFL light bulbs with
their stark, white light, the two designers decided to create a new line of LED
bulbs featuring a warm light, long life and vintage appearance, inspired by the
19th century light bulbs (also known as carbon filament or Edison light bulbs).
Vintage LED offers the new range of LED bulbs in several cool designs,
all designed to deliver a gorgeous, warm glow in home or office spaces. Using only
5-10% of the power consumed by an incandescent bulb and 30% that of a CFL bulb,
the new vintage LED bulbs ensure the commitment to environmental sustainability
and carbon reduction need not come at the cost of aesthetics.
To complete the vintage look, Vintage LED also offers light fittings
ranging from cage fittings to traditional ceramic, silicon or wooden pendant
fittings to suit every taste and budget.
Vintage LED light bulbs come with a two-year, no-questions-asked
warranty, 30-day returns policy and a choice of sizes and styles.
