Arisit presents two new ranges of combi-steam ovens designed specifically for the home cooking segment.
For decades many top restaurants and professional chefs have been using steam and water to create gourmet masterpieces; this cooking technique is now available for the domestic market in Australia.
Italian kitchen appliance company Steel SRL has launched its Genesi and Ascot range of combi-steam ovens in Australia through Arisit. Based in Capri, the company was formed in 1999 by the 3rd generation of the Po family, who specialise in commercial cookers.
The Ascot and Genesi ranges of combi-steam ovens combine steam and convection cooking to enhance flavour with no added fat. The ovens are available in both built-in and upright models.
Key features of the new combi-steam ovens include 304 stainless steel body; electronic timer control; metal knobs and handles; cool touch triple glazed door; removable dishwasher-proof stainless steel liners; full extension telescopic rails; and choice of coloured finishes.
The Genesi cookers come in eye-catching colours including anthracite, lime, yellow, black, red and stainless steel. Ascot boasts green, white, burgundy, blue and black plus anthracite and stainless steel.
When Genesi customers order a coloured unit, the stainless steel model is reworked so the original stainless steel panels are supplied ensuring they can be swapped over at a future time.
Genesi and Ascot combi-steam ovens are available at: E&S Trading, Victoria; Winning, Queensland and NSW; Whitfords and Prestige, NSW; Kambos, WA; Elite Appliances, Hobart; and Status Plus, Cairns. The Ascot brand is also available at Harvey Norman Australia wide.
