Beginning its journey 14 years ago in Brisbane as a small tightknit group of five staff, Place Design Group has grown not only in numbers and capability but also influence and reach. Operating across Australia, China and South East Asia with more than 200 staff, Place Design Group has the resources available to offer a diverse and integrated approach to planning and design.

Observing that it has been an extraordinary journey for Place Design Group, Company Chairman Ian Klug says that the new era is filled with opportunity and excitement.

Managing Director Shaun Munday, who has been on the Place Design Group journey since inception, is proud of what they have achieved as a team in terms of projects and partnerships. After 14 years in the business, the Place Design Group team decided to evaluate the progress and growth made since the beginning, and was able to recognise that they were at a new stage where they needed to respond to their place in the market.
