Spread over 2,000 square metres of space, World of Style is an
innovative showroom concept developed by Porter Davis Homes, which gives its
customers a complete immersive design experience. Featuring a series of actual
kitchen, living, bathroom and outdoor spaces, the showroom has qualified
interior designers on-hand to guide the client through each step of the
process, ensuring an end result that is a true reflection of the owner’s
lifestyle.
Rather than following popular design trends, the World of Style allows
customers to ‘find their own style’ by selecting from four distinct and
timeless design categories representing various global styles and aesthetics
including Classic, Contemporary, Designer and Resort.
Each category has 16 beautiful themes inspired by the design aesthetics
of some of the most iconic and aspirational destinations from around the world
including Berlin, Classic Hamptons, Maldives, Tuscany, Greek Islands, Swiss
Alps and Manhattan as well as local favourites Bondi, Portsea and The
Whitsundays.
Catherine Valente, Senior Interior Designer at World of Style believes the
home should be the ultimate expression of its owners, and not merely measured
by the colour of the walls or new carpet. The interior should immediately speak
to an individual’s style upon entering their space.
The World of Style allows customers to have a totally immersive and
sensory experience where they can actually touch, feel, see and live the design.
World of Style hosts regular workshops in the showroom with Catherine
Valente and other industry experts for customers and the general public to
learn more about interior design.
