The 2015 edition of the Total Facilities exhibition organised by Diversified
Communications has successfully concluded in Sydney with more than a third of the
exhibitors having already committed to the 2016 Melbourne event.
Held at Glebe Island’s Sydney Exhibition Centre from Wednesday March 25
to Thursday March 26, Total Facilities 2015 hosted some of Australia’s most
prominent thought leaders and key influencers in the facilities management and
building industry.
Some of the participants included Allied Pickfords, Assa Abloy, CSR,
Dyson, Dorama, ISS Facility Services, KONE, Rubbermaid, SecureCorp, Zip
Industries and 3M, who unveiled the latest technology innovations and products
available on the Australian market to a busy show floor. Key decision makers
from high profile organisations across banking, education, local government,
retail and telecommunications were seen on the show floor checking out the
latest developments.
Total Facilities Event Manager David Skilton observed that the event has
once again cemented its position as Australia’s most highly regarded facilities
management trade event offering significant professional development and
networking opportunities to the industry.
According to Mr Skilton, the seminar program was a major draw card this
year with 25 seminar sessions attended by more than 400 professionals covering
a wide range of topics from high performance buildings to contract management.
A networking event hosted on Wednesday night attracted more than 250
people, including suppliers and end users.
Martin Leitch, who hosted a packed seminar session at this year’s event,
said Total Facilities provided an important opportunity for industry members to
immerse themselves in new technologies, products and solutions within the
facilities management market.
Total Facilities 2016 will be held at the Melbourne Convention and
Exhibition Centre April 6-7, 2016.
