Smart Design Studio’s Indigo Slam continues to bring in the awards, named as the Overall Winner at the 2016 Interior Design Excellence Awards (IDEA).
The major award joins a list of recent accolades taken by Smart Design in the past few months including the titles of 2016’s architect-designed house of the year and the world’s best interior designed residence.
The Smart Design Studio project, located in Sydney’s Chippendale, is the new home for artist Judith Neilson who has since publicly expressed that Smart Design's resolution has exceeded her own expectations for the project.
Now in its thirteenth year, Inside Interior Design Review's IDEA showcases the best of Australian interior and product design, as well as the designers behind the work.
Other recipients at 2016 IDEA included Kerry Phelan of Kerry Phelan Design Office (KPDO), Fiona Lynch, Woods Bagot, SJB Interior and more.
