Archidiom Design recently completed a six storey office design project in Surfers Paradise, Queensland.
The client sought to provide upper-end tenancies to commercial offices with the design combining an existing refurbished office building with a new larger extension built on the adjacent lot, to provide a striking and imposing presence on Elkhorn Avenue, and create a landmark destination for the tenants.
Archidiom Design’s approach to the conventional office building design has contributed to the rejuvenation of the Surfers Paradise urban setting. The final design met the client’s brief to raise the design bar of the precinct while enhancing the occupants’ working environment.
The office building at 25-29 Elkhorn Avenue sits offers 2287m of commercial space and is also certified 5-Star Green Star rated.
