Studio Rygalik has collaborated with Polish restaurant Concordia Taste to create a mobile kitchen unit.
The Siemens ‘Foodlab’ is a series of interrelated modules that have been fixed to casters to allow them to be easily rearranged into a customised kitchen design.
The modules resemble wooden cargo boxes and incorporate open cabinets, draws and bench space.
A built in fridge, freezer, ovens and hot plates come from Siemen’s eco-friendly and compact Studioline of appliances.
The functional unit is an adapted version of Studio Rygalik’s previous ‘Foodlab I’ project, which offered a more minimalist kitchen design, but in a less mobile method – with only two wheels.
