Griffith University, Queensland, is currently undertaking a study to establish the current state of play of sustainable design in Australia’s built environment.

The anonymous survey will principally look at who Australian sustainable designers are, what qualifications or experience these designers are expected to have, and what resources they use or are expected to use.

It also aims to find out who the industry considers to be at the forefront of sustainable designs and projects.

The short electronic voluntary survey takes no longer than 15 minutes, and closes on 31 October 2013. The results will be disseminated through an industry publication by doctoral researcher Alison McDonald of the Griffith University School of Environment (Architecture).

The University is inviting all professionals and individuals engaged in the building industry to participate in the survey, which can be found at https://prodsurvey.rcs.griffith.edu.au/SustainableDeisgn.
