Construction has commenced on RAA’s new Adelaide technical centre at 599 Port Road, West Croydon.
RAA offers a range of services to its 820,000+ members, including travel, energy, solar and battery, electric vehicle charging.
A Kaurna cleansing ceremony was held to marked the milestone, performed by Jack Buckskin and attended by representatives from the project team.
Designed by Woods Bagot, the project reflects a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and respect for cultural heritage.
Developed by ICAM and the Australia China Investment Fund, and constructed by Emmett Property, the facility will serve as RAA’s new Adelaide home upon its completion in 2026.
"The architectural vision prioritises sustainability, targeting industry-leading environmental ratings, and incorporates spaces for advanced workshops, retail experiences, a cafe, and dynamic workplaces to support over 400 employees," shares the practice on LinkedIn.
