A prominent influencer of urban policy and projects in Australia, Matt Davis returns to Bates Smart as a Studio Director.
A was a founding partner of Davis+Davis Architects and a member of the inaugural SA Planning Commission and Integrated Design Commission of South Australia, Davis is a member of numerous design review panels including the NSW State Design Review Panel and he has worked closely with the South Australian and NSW Governments to progress significant urban renewal as a trusted adviser to organisations delivering ambitious policy reform and complex urban projects.
Davis was also integral to the winning competition scheme for the 420 George Street development, and as design lead on the award-winning Queanbeyan Government Service Centre and 55 Miller Street, Pyrmont in Sydney.
