Carr has announced the elevation of Catherine Keys to Associate Director, a promotion in accordance to her significant contribution to Carr’s commercial interiors portfolio and further strengthens the studio's executive leadership team.
As Associate Director, Keys hopes to bring a strong focus on crafting human-centred and responsible design outcomes across our projects.
“Commercial design has become more diverse and varied than ever before. This is an exciting time for us to use our principles of timeless design and add value to all typologies and clients,” she shares.
When describing what quality design means to her, Keys is adamant.
“Quality design means design that speaks to its users and addresses their unique needs. It’s design that is good for the planet, good for people and lasting in nature,” she says.
Carr Director Stephen McGarry welcomes Keys’ new position.
“The elevation of Catherine to Associate Director is in recognition of her enormous contribution to the commercial interiors sector of Carr’s portfolio,” he says.
“Having successfully delivered Russell Kennedy and Merricks Capital this year, and with a series of large and small-scale endeavours in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland underway, Catherine continues to design and lead complex and innovative projects with the team.”
