Symington’s 15 years of experience working across a number of large-scale industrial and commercial projects, the practice cites his collaborative approach as being a key factor in the appointment. Symington’s list of clients include the likes of NEXTDC, Equinix, Microsoft, Amazon, and the Department of Defence.
“This increasing demand for data centres requires specialist expertise to holistically integrate energy, spatial, and user considerations that improve facility safety, functionality, and efficiency,” says Architectus CEO Ray Brown.
Dean’s technical nous and methodical approach will strengthen our capability and enable us to deliver mission critical facilities that provide the best performance outcomes for clients.”
Symington says he looks forward to continuing his work in each sector at Architectus, building on his time at Hames Sharley.
