Fuse Architecture has appointed Wenny Arief as its new head of Interiors.

An industry expert, with a strong career background in conceptualising, designing and managing sophisticated interior projects of all sizes, Wenny is a formidable addition to the firm's leadership team.

Bringing over 13 years of experience in both architecture and interior design, Wenny will be responsible for leading cutting-edge interior projects across multi-residential, education and mixed-use sectors, along with driving Fuse’s growth in the retail, hospitality, workplace and aged care design markets.

“We welcome Wenny to the firm with open arms. Her comprehensive understanding of the industry today, natural flair for dynamic design and ability to navigate complex briefs will add tremendous value to our business and our clients,” says director at Fuse, Rachid Andary.

Previous projects under Arief’s direction include the complete design of the Executive Lounge at the Hilton in Sydney and Singapore, along with the overhaul of the renowned Adelphi Restaurant in Perth, to name but a few. With the added experience in large residential, luxury homes and innovative retail fit-outs in Australia and overseas, Wenny will transpose her high-end background to bring a new level of opulence to residential living.

“I was drawn to Fuse for a number of reasons. Their high regard for social potential in apartment living, for example, is something other studios should aspire to. This, and their commitment to a culture of collaboration, creativity and critique definitely played a big part in my decision to join the team,” says Arief.
