In announcing the appointment, SJB director Fiona Coakley noted the need to recognise and nurture future leaders as a crucial factor in the practice’s continued success.
“We are lucky to be able to promote future generations into leadership positions. Our primary focus is to encourage people from within, who have the ability to collaborate with our clients and are passionate about the work we do,” says Coakley.

According to SJB, with an understanding of the complexity of project requirements, Boledziuk’s expertise has been “instrumental in the delivery of innovative, environmentally and socially responsible solutions.”
Most recently says the firm, he has been an integral part of the SJB team responsible for securing several high profile projects through design competition.
