Award-winning Melbourne-based architectural practice MGS Architects has announced a slew of appointments including the promotion of two associate directors to the studio’s leadership team.
Representing the next generation of leadership, Catherine Ranger and Katherine Sundermann have both been promoted to directors.
“An experienced architect and design lead, Catherine is a driving force behind MGS' design success, working at every level of the practice and across all projects to embed innovation, invention and impact," said MGS Architects.
"An award-winning architect and urban designer, Katherine's strengths lie in her big-picture policy and precinct design with a focus on employment, knowledge and neighbourhood transformation and social and affordable housing."
Additionally, the practice has also made several staff appointments including Aaron Lo, Alistair Nancarrow, James Cochrane, Marta Fisher, Melissa Rivers, Tahj Rosmarin and Will Priestley as new associates, as well as John Bezemer, who has been promoted to senior associate.
