Mim Design has announced the appointment of Charlotte McGill to the role of Director and Lisa Ransom to Associate Interior Designer as it looks to usher in a new generation of leaders.
Building off the appointment of the firm’s inaugural Director of Architecture, Luca Vezzosi, in mid-2020, the recent promotions underline Mim Design’s commitment to cross-disciplinary expertise and supporting a diverse team of respected practitioners in their own right.
“We are delighted to share these new appointments within our growing team,” says Mim Design Founder Miriam Fanning
“Nurturing our team and establishing clear pathways for career progression has always been a priority for our studio, as supportive mentorship has made a critical difference to my own professional life. We look forward to further championing great design across our three pillars of interior design, architecture and furniture.”
After joining Mim Design in 2015, Charlotte McGill has become an integral member of the interior architecture team. McGill’s unheralded ability to connect people with places enables for the vision of each project to be realised. McGill’s technical ability and on-site prowess sees her delivering projects to an award-winning standard.
Lisa Ransom also joined Mim Design in 2015 having graduated with First Class Honours in a Bachelor of Design (Interior Design). An accomplished and confident designer, Ransom has become an integral member of the senior design team. The new Associate’s project experience includes high-end multi and private residential projects, along with hospitality and workplace design.
