Connect2 Continuous Horizontal Lifeline System from Safemaster is the ideal lifeline when the operator is working at some distance from the device, providing continuous movement at heights with complete safety. It allows a continuous movement without restriction or unhooking while going through intermediate brackets. The specific runner allows the operator to connect at any point of the cable and move without restriction. The shuttle requires two distinct motions to disconnect from the lifeline, therefore preventing accidental disconnection.

The design of the lifeline and the finish give perfect integration with the various architectural constraints.
The system allows various possible routes, owing to the flexibility of the cable and the rigid intermediate supports and brackets that guide the cable over its entire route.

The Connect2 unique design incorporates the ability to dramatically reduce the loads applied to the structure to less than 7km in the case of a fall by an inbuilt energy absorber. This shock absorber is designed to continually distort, making it a genuine 4 man system. It also has built in tension and fall indicators, and has resistance to corrosion through the use of stainless steel components.
