WITH a strong history of custom designed façade treatments to suit their clients’ requirements, AGP is proud of its co-operation with The Buchan Group to develop the Fineline-XTS operable glass louvre system for the new Lucient Apartments at 430 St Kilda Road, Melbourne.
Ideally suited for apartment wintergardens, the large frameless glass operable louvres open in opposite directions to provide the users with maximum clear viewing space. The horizontal and vertical louvre seals allow the balcony spaces to be used in the most inclement of weather conditions, while when the louvres are fully opened generous views and strong natural airflow and ventilation is achieved.
The Lucient Apartments continues a tradition of prestigious operable glass louvre projects for AGP, with past notable installations including The Urban Workshop in Melbourne, The Advertiser & Sunday Mail Building in Adelaide, Burswood Casino in Perth, Macquarie Apartments in Sydney and Ephraim Island Apartments on the Gold Coast.
