CLIPSAL introduces its new range of C-Bus Professional and Architectural Dimmers, which provide unprecedented flexibility in commercial lighting applications. Their modular and customisable design means the dimmers are suitable for a full range of small to large applications including restaurants, clubs, hotels, galleries, theatres and retail outlets.
The dimmers can control a mix of different loads using a variety of control methods: trailing and leading edge dimming, DSI, DALI, relay and DMX. Universal dimming modules automatically sense whether to use trailing or leading edge dimming.
Various card modules are available with current ratings ranging from 3 to 20 Amps. These Clipsal dimmers are produced in 3, 6 and 12 module versions. Card modules can be mixed and interchanged. The dimmers are fully compatible with Clipsal's C-Bus lighting control and building automation system. They even open the way for a DMX lighting system to control loads on a C-Bus network.
Other features of the C-Bus Professional and Architectural Dimmers include on-board MCB protection, local override switches and fanless, maintenance free operation.
